Who we are. Sorted Sheets is a UK-based seller of digital money planners. Our contact details are in the Contact section of our home page.
What you are buying. Every product is a digital download: a PDF and, where stated, a spreadsheet file. Nothing is posted to you.
Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on each product. You pay the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Delivery. Your download is available immediately after payment. If anything goes wrong, contact us and we will send your files directly.
Your licence. You may use and print the files as often as you like for yourself and your own household. You may not resell, redistribute, share them publicly or pass them off as your own work.
Not financial advice. Our planners are tools to help you organise your own money. They are not financial, tax or debt advice. If you are struggling with debt, free help is available from organisations such as StepChange and Citizens Advice.
Liability. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the product.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Cancelling. UK law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital downloads, that right ends once your download begins, provided you agreed to immediate access at checkout.
Faulty or not as described. If a file will not open, has errors, or is not what the product page described, email us. We will fix it, send a replacement or give you a full refund. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Never received it. If you paid but could not download your files, contact us and we will send them or refund you.
Bought it twice by mistake. Let us know and we will refund the duplicate order.
How refunds are paid. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days.
Who is responsible. Sorted Sheets is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us using the details on our home page.
What we collect. The name, email address and billing details you enter at checkout, which Stripe collects for us, and any emails you send us. We never receive your full card number.
Why we use it. To take payment, deliver your files, handle refunds and questions, and keep the records UK tax law requires. Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you and meeting our legal obligations.
Who we share it with. Stripe, which processes payments, and Webflow, which hosts this website. We do not sell your data, and we will not send you marketing emails unless you choose to receive them.
How long we keep it. Order records are kept for as long as UK tax rules require, usually around six years. Other emails are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Cookies. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set essential cookies, and Stripe uses cookies at checkout to prevent fraud.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by contacting us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
